Heather was born and raised in Kelowna and although she lived in the Kootenays, Calgary and Nanaimo she migrated back here in her early twenties and has remained here ever since. Heather and her husband have a small farm that they share with their Border Collie, 2 whippets and a flock of laying hens. Although she doesn't have her own horses anymore, she is kept busy with the 5 horses they board on the farm. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, cross country skiing and playing the flute.
